At Thermal Cove, we are committed to making the delivery process as simple and seamless as possible.

Shipping Areas

We currently offer free shipping across Canada on all saunas and cold plunges.

At this time, we do not ship outside of Canada.

Delivery Times

Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days after your order has been confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, weather conditions, and carrier schedules.

If there are any unexpected delays, our team will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery Method

All products are delivered via curbside delivery unless otherwise specified. The delivery carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment upon arrival.

Assembly and Installation

Our products are designed for straightforward home installation. Select customers in the Greater Toronto Area and eligible regions of Southern Ontario may purchase in-home assembly services for an additional fee.

Assembly availability will be confirmed before delivery.

Order Inspection

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours if your item arrives damaged or if any parts are missing. Photographs may be required to process replacement requests.
