Shipping policy

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada only. We're not able to ship to the United States or any other country at this time.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping across Canada on our sauna and cold plunge products, unless otherwise noted on the product page or at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeline

Most orders arrive within **5–10 business days** of order confirmation, though timelines can vary based on your location, product availability, and carrier schedules. If we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we'll do our best to notify you proactively. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

4. Delivery Method

Standard delivery is "curbside", meaning the carrier will deliver to the curb or driveway at your address rather than inside your home. A carrier will typically contact you to schedule a delivery appointment — someone must be available to receive and inspect the shipment at that time.

In select regions (currently the Greater Toronto Area and eligible parts of Southern Ontario), in-home delivery and assembly may be available for an additional fee; availability will be confirmed with you before your order ships.

5. Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery, before the carrier leaves, whenever possible. If you notice visible damage to the packaging or product, note it with the carrier and take photos before accepting the delivery. If you discover an issue after the carrier has left, see our [Refund & Return Policy](/policies/refund-policy) for how to report it — we ask that damage be reported within 24 hours of delivery, since our ability to file a claim with the manufacturer is time-limited.

6. Assembly & Setup

Most of our products are designed for straightforward home setup; assembly instructions are included with your order. If in-home assembly service is available and selected for your product, our delivery partner will handle setup as part of that service.
