What does curbside sauna delivery include?

Curbside delivery means your infrared sauna will be delivered to the entrance of your home, driveway, or building loading area. The location is decided by the delivery personnel. Because sauna crates are large and heavy, we recommend having at least two adults available to help move the sauna into your space after delivery.

Do you offer in-home infrared sauna delivery and assembly in Ontario?

Yes — customers in eligible GTA and Southern Ontario postal codes can add in-home delivery and professional infrared sauna assembly for a flat fee of $499 + tax. This service is invoiced separately after purchase. Contact our team to confirm availability for your location.

How easy is it to assemble an infrared sauna at home?

Most customers assemble their infrared sauna in 30–60 minutes with two people. The modular panel design and clasp system makes setup straightforward, and no specialized tools are required.

How do you clean and maintain an infrared sauna?

For regular infrared sauna maintenance, simply wipe down benches, backrests, handles, and high-contact surfaces with a soft cloth and a gentle natural cleaner or diluted vinegar solution. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, bleach, or excessive water inside the sauna.

After each session, we recommend leaving the sauna door open briefly to allow the interior to air out fully.

What is the best way to protect and maintain sauna wood?

We recommend sitting on a thick towel during sauna sessions to help absorb sweat and minimize cleaning needs over time. This helps protect the wood and keeps your infrared sauna feeling fresh between deep cleans.
