Thermal Cove ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. It applies to thermalcove.com (the "Site") and to your interactions with us as a customer. Information from service providers: our e-commerce platform provider, payment processor, and shipping/delivery partners may share order status, payment confirmation, or delivery information relevant to fulfilling your order.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the Site is not directed at children.

Business transfers, if Thermal Cove is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy or a comparable one.

To exercise any other right, or if you have questions about this policy, contact us using the details in Section 9.
If you're not satisfied with our response, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including relying on PCI-compliant payment processing for financial information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
